Devonte Hynes is a British artist who trades under the name Lightspeed Champion being the same name of his main character in comics he wrote as a kid. He first received recognition as a member of the former band The Test Icicles. His new album is titled ‘Falling off the lavender bridge’ and I spoke to him about his music from his parent’s home in London. I began by asking where he makes his music.
